Kate Fitzgerald

Owner, Massage Therapist, Wellness Coach

Kate is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, practicing in Delaware for over 20 years. She has directly experienced the body’s  powerful ability to self- correct and heal through modalities such as craniosacral therapy and massage. Kate blends her knowledge and techniques during each session to  intuitively adapt to the present issues of her clients in the most effective and therapeutic way.

Amy Stewart

Massage Therapist

Amy has over 17 years in the professional field of Massage & Bodywork as a licensed massage therapist and aesthetician. She is Nationally Certified, an approved NCBTMB continuing education provider, published author and workshop leader.

In addition, she is honored to be a Licensed Love Yourself, Heal Your Life Teacher based on the philosophy of Louise Hay, founder of Hay House Publishing.

Wellness Coach

Teri became a certified life coach in 2019. The training gave her the permission and the courage to take a deeper look within to heal her past. Teri continues to take workshops and classes to enhance her knowledge and give her the tools to better assist her clients.

Stacey Chandler

Wellness Coach

Stacey Chandler is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Certified Pilates Instructor, Ayurvedic and EFT practitioner who specializes in Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga Psychology, Depth Psychology, and Shadow Work. Stacey has personally recovered from depression and anxiety through utilizing  holistic remedies such as yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and EFT. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and the gifts she has received through yoga to help others who are suffering.
