Involution is the process of going within to attain balance and harmony and is based on the teachings of the yoga sutras of Patanjali.
A great modern exponent of the practices described by Patanjali was Krishnamacharya who taught a deeply logical and progressive sequence of postures and movements that linked body, breath and mind. This lineage individualizes the teaching of yoga by meeting the student where she or he is. A deep understanding of the physical, mental and spiritual practices of the lineage allows us to assist the student in a safe, supported and unique journey of self healing, discovery and awareness.
