Massage Therapy

Drawing from over 20 years of experience, we uniquely blend various modalities in each session to address the present needs of the client.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage can be an effective way to treat chronic physical issues within the body. During a deep tissue massage, heavy pressure is not required to promote healing. Using the thumbs and elbows, the practitioner can work through superficial tissue to access the deep layers of muscle thus releasing knots and adhesions. Make sure to clearly communicate with your practitioner about your preferred pressure and intensity before and during the massage.

Ayurvedic Facial Massage

This deeply relaxing massage focuses on the face, scalp, neck and shoulders. Marma vital points are energetically linked to your chakras and internal organs are stimulated to jump-start the body’s natural ability to repair itself. In addition to relaxation, benefits include brightened skin tone and reduced puffiness due to increased oxygen and blood flow, prevention of wrinkle formation through increased collagen production, tension and sinus headache relief, stimulated hair follicles, and improved lymph drainage.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy facilitates the body's self correcting mechanism. Using the hands as "ears," the practitioner responds to the needs of the your body, administering light pressure taps into the CranioSacral system. This releases adhesions and brings the body back to balance by calming the nervous system.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energetic healing. The practitioner becomes a facilitator, tapping into the universal energy which is all around us. By tapping into this energy the practitioner can bring a renewal of energy to the recipient or help to release any energies that no longer serve the receiver. Reiki will leave one feeling light, calm, and peaceful
