Massage Therapy
Drawing from over 20 years of experience, we uniquely blend various modalities in each session to address the present needs of the client.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage can be an effective way to treat chronic physical issues within the body by breaking up scar tissue and muscle "knots" or adhesions that disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation. The techniques entail using thumbs and elbows to apply pressure together with long seep strokes to fascia and knots. Benefits of deep tissue massage usually include reduced muscular tension, relief from neck and back pain, faster recovery from injury, increased circulation and improves mobility.

Ayurvedic Facial Massage
This deeply relaxing massage focuses on the face, scalp, neck and shoulders. Marma vital points are energetically linked to your chakras and internal organs are stimulated to jump-start the body’s natural ability to repair itself. Benefits include brightened skin tone and reduced puffiness due to increased oxygen and blood flow, increased collagen production, tension and sinus headache relief, and improved lymph drainage.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle hands on technique that uses light touch to examine the body. The therapist first perceives the obstructions in the flow of the cranio-sacral fluid. Then, based on this knowledge, the therapist releases adhesions that restrict proper CSF flow. The resulting better flow allows the body to self correct, thereby improving overall health. Restoring and renewing flow in compromised areas helps heal sensory, motor, muscular skeletal, and neurological disorders and conditions and alleviates pain.

Integrative Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principles that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs, and structures in the body. Integrative reflexology advances the benefits by incorporating additional theories to create a more holistic approach. Benefits are opens lungs and sinuses; improves digestion, circulation and hormonal balance; reduces muscular tension, insomnia, anxiety, and stress.
