Beach Yoga

Join us for a sunny yoga flow next to the ocean at our Lewes Beach location. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and bottled water.
Class cancellations due to weather will be posted on Facebook one hour before class.
Beach Yoga classes are Monday through Friday
8-9am at Roosevelt Inlet, Lewes.
Class price is $10 cash
You will be required to sign a waiver before class.
