Classes are offered both in-studio and online through Zoom. Below is the standard weekly schedule, which may vary. Click the Wellness Living Schedule button below to register for a specific class. ​

10:30am Strength and Relaxation( In Studio/Virtual)

7pm Sound Healing (1st and 3rd Monday)

7:30-9am Mysore

9:30-10:30am Strength & Relaxation (In-studio/Virtual)

9:30-10:45am Strength, Relaxation & Yoga Nidra (In-studio/Virtual)

Thursday 

7:30- 9am Mysore

9:30-10:30am Gentle Ashtanga (In-studio/Virtual)

6pm- 7:30pm Kirtan (1st Thursday of the month) Donations welcome

Friday 

Saturday 

7-8am Pranayama (In-studio/virtual)

8-9:30am Mysore (In-studio/virtual)

10-11am Vinyasa (In-studio/Virtual)
